  • When do I pay?
    Payment in full is required before any services can be performed. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an email from hello@sallylotz.com with your welcome packet and next steps. If you do not receive this email, please contact me at hello@sallylotz.com
  • What if I don't want to pay through the website?
    I accept Venmo and Cash App, e-mail me at hello@sally.lotz.com to set this up. Do not email me any account information. I am not responsible for lost money through Venmo or CashApp for sending to the wrong account.
  • What if I have questions before I purchase a plan?
    Feel free to contact me at hello@sallylotz.com and together we can decide the best path for you. Or, perhaps there is a hybrid plan.
  • If I buy one hour of coaching and love it so much, can I buy another?
    Yep! Check out my monthly plans.
  • Can we meet in person?
    Yep! I offer virtual for those not in the local area of Carmichael, CA. If you are local or if you'd like to learn more about my travel fees - please email me at hello@sallylotz.com
  • Payment and Refund Policy
    Payment and Refund Policy Payment: Payments are made through the site and Paypal, both of which have industry-standard security. Payment is made at time of booking, Refunds for Coaching: You will receive a refund if you cancel your plan more than 72 hours before your FIRST scheduled booking. Refunds take 5-7 business days to reach your statement. While I do my best to avoid these situations, I do not grant refunds in the following cases: a) You disagree with or do not like your critique notes. This is a subjective industry, and as long as the time was put in to critique your work, your critique was delivered on time, then a good faith effort was made to do a good job and work is considered complete. b) Zoom/Google Meet or Webcam weren’t working, so phone was required instead.
  • What if I can't make my appointment?
    Appointment agreement (no shows etc) I understand emergencies happen and sometimes we overbook ourselves. I kindly ask that you give me 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule your time with me. If I've been give the proper amount of time - we can reschedule for a later date. Only one reschedule is offered per booking.

Your personal information will not be shared with anyone. I exercise great care to protect your personal information. This includes, among other things, using industry-standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection. While I strive to protect your personal information, I cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or receive from me.  This is especially true for information you transmit via email since I have no way of protecting that information until it reaches us since email does not have the security features built into the website and payment processing software. I will never ask you for a credit card or payment information through email. Please do not ever email me with that information.
